Lack of communication between Dealer and Warranty Service My F350 has been at the dealership since Sept. 4th 2019 and today is Sept. 25th. I keep getting excuses from service and the Ford Warranty is saying My F350 has been at the dealership since Sept. 4th 2019 and today is Sept. 25th. I keep getting excuses from service and the Ford Warranty is saying they are waiting for information from the dealer to authorize the service. DEF Heater failure, should be a simple repair???? I get a lot of promises and excuses why this is not being done...Cannot believe it has been 21 days and i still do not have a resolution. Totally inept ! More

Would not recommend. Little kid next-door could’ve painted my car better than this dealership. They didn't have time to perform the work. I set up an appointment to drop my service van off for a minor recall issue. It was dropped off at 7 a.m. as arranged. I received a call it approximately 2 o'clock in the afternoon with the bad news they weren't going to have time to get to it. I asked if I left it overnight if they could do it on Saturday and was informed they didn't have time to do it then either. They're really good at making appointments, they even confirmed the night before that I had one ...they're just not very good at KEEPING appointments. The fact that this is a service van makes it an even even bigger pain in the butt. I guess I'll try a different dealership next time around. Sincerely Daniel Martin More

I arrived there at 8:30AM as I have done for many years before, to have my car to be serviced with the works. She informed me I would have to make an appointment, I thought it would take a while as I just drove in, I brought my breakfast and coffee. she did not ask me who I was, name . I bought this car there and always took it there for all service I bought three other cars over the years and have been happy with things as they were. Up until this service I wanted to have done. I have to go to Texas for a visit, to see my Daughter and her Husband as it has been three years since was last there. I have had a lot of problems lately to numerous to mention of which you do not have any connection with. One of which caused me to look there for the 2004 Lincoln town car because mine was in a head on collision, not my fault he went over the line, I had numerous injuries Biottom line is I am very upset the way I was treated at the service counter, I would think twice about recommending you place to go to. 3 1/2 hour wait for oil change? I have two free oil changes for them, but won't be using them if they always say 3 1/2 to 4 hour waits. Service Brought in commercial vehicle on Monday at 3pm for scheduled service and some minor repairs. As of 4pm Tuesday they had not even started the service, Brought in commercial vehicle on Monday at 3pm for scheduled service and some minor repairs. As of 4pm Tuesday they had not even started the service, and didn't even bother to call me. Service center closes at 6, sat there at 530 waiting for them to put old oil back in so I could use my truck the next day for work. FYI, they knew ahead of time I needed this truck for work. So now I have to take another day off work costing me money because they can't even do a simple oil change in 26 hours period. Worst service experience ever. More

Worst Service... Final update. My 2015 Mustang gt broke down on the highway 4.5 weeks ago. I had it towed to Brighton Ford. 3weeks and several complaints to Ford motor company. My c My 2015 Mustang gt broke down on the highway 4.5 weeks ago. I had it towed to Brighton Ford. 3weeks and several complaints to Ford motor company. My car got looked at. While I complained service tech Dean said if I want happy take my car else where. I explained that I was frustrated that almost 3weeks had pay and my car had not been looked at. He said if I had an appointment it would have. I replied I didn't plan on my 2015 mustang breakingdown. They end up finding a faulty clutch. He donkey carrots me around to the next week and then Friday just like the previous weeks. I finely get my car... I get in and immediately know something feels wrong. They say nope its good. I drive home and 3rd grinds I pull over and call Dean. He said let me check the schedule and I'll call you back and see when I can fit you in. He schedules me for an appointment 10 days later. He asked me to come in early so they can get my car right in. I drop my car off the day before my appointment first in line. The next day at 1:30 I get a call Dean says our guy is going to get to your car hopefully tomorrow. I topped the 2nd for my appointment on the 3rd. They might get to it on the fourth. I'm currently waiting on the service manager Troy. Who was very professional and polite unlike Dean. Who shows no concern for customers. He not rude verbally. He just doesn't care. Now, I wait for my turn to be assisted. I guess my appointment wasn't really important. Well either will my business. I have 5sons. I will not be purchasing or leasing their cars from my city dealership Brighton Ford. It's a shame I will have to travel elsewhere to be taken care of. Unresolved 11/03/2015. I raised my service 1 star due to Service Manager (Troy) following up on my concerns. Troy called me back with accurate information and is keeping me in the loop of my vehicles progress. Follow up is very important to me and I feel a little more comfortable that my concerns are being addressed 11/04/2015. Just received a call from Dean giving me some updated information on my car. A new transmission will be shipped out by Ford and should arrive Monday or Tuesday which means I should get my car back by Wednesday. Today is 11/05/2015 I appreciate Dean contacting me. I feel as if they are trying to do better. My next post will be when I receive my vehicle at this time I will post results. 11/12/2015 final update I picked up my 2015 Mustang today after work. I was ignored while I stopped in front of Deans desk. Then after a few minutes he acknowledged me with hello how can I help you. As if he didn't know me. Simply I am here to pick up my car. He got the paper work read the description and said the car will be outside. He then walked away. I signed with the cashier and made my way outside to a filthy car that no longer smelled new it smelled like grease. Oh well filthy car and stinky I said to myself what did you expect. Then I looked at my gas gauge 16 miles left from over half a tank... I took the high road because I did not have the patients to reenter this poor business. I hope the work holds up. I will never come to this dealership nor my children nor my family. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Kind of crazy but after this review was released my car sat until the next week untouched. (Wednesday turned to Thursday to Friday maybe Monday were working on it tomorrow. We just got your car on the lift Wed. We should have it done Thursday). I took away the star I gave for Troy he is the Service manager and his people are a direct reflection of him. More

I'm almost 8 months pregnant and my husband and I dec This review is for the collision center! A little back story before I get to Brighton Ford. I'm almost 8 months pregnant and my husband and I decided to move to Brighton from Phoenix, AZ. He grew up in the area, so we knew it's a great place to raise a family. Along the way, we stopped in Amarillo, TX, and St. Louis, MO to sleep. While in St. Louis sleeping, my 2014 Ford Explorer was broken into and vandalized. What luck, right? We called Brighton Ford Collision Center from St. Louis and they told us they would be ready for it when we got into town. We dropped it off first thing the morning after we got there, and Brian Wasdyke was there ready to go. Enterprise picked us up and got us in a rental in no time, and the collision center was so good about keeping us updated with the status of the vehicle. While the vehicle was in the shop, we had quite a few more speed bumps, such as a bladder tank burst, a flooded bathroom, and our moving truck going to Chicago instead of here for no apparent reason. When it rains, it pours! The morning I went to pick up my Explorer, Brian was there again waiting with keys for me. Walking into an establishment to see smiling faces and people excited about being there, makes a HUGE difference in the way customers are treated. Getting into a clean and detailed car was such a wonderful surprise. In Phoenix, dealerships aren't exactly known for their customer service, but Brighton Ford has that quality in the bag. Brian was a phenomenal contact to have if I had any questions. My husband and I will NEVER take our vehicles anywhere except Brighton Ford. Thank you for being the one consistently awesome thing in my week of terror!! More
