Their "word" has an expiration date. I would like to start by saying we had a good experience with purchasing the vehicle and even the first time or 2 we took the car into Service. (Even though it should not have even had to go to service since we have only had the car for a little under 3 months!) My fiance purchased a Dodge Durango from Brilliance on December 6, 2016. Just 2 days after the purchase we had to take it back as the check engine light came on and the car started to accelerate without touching the accelerator. After a discussion with service and sales they did agree to take care of this problem at no charge to us. (even though we had not purchased a warranty) They agreed this should not have happen just 2 days after the purchase. So, we took the car in on December 8th the replaced the Pedal Position sensor and they then could not figure out why the problem was not fixed. They sent our car to another Dealer's Service center for reprogramming and we finally received the car back on December 16. On December 19, 2016 we took the car back for the exact same issue. They sent it right to the other dealer as they thought it was best they looked at it since they are a Dodge Service Center. Turned out that the reason all of this was happening is because they sold it to us having a bad computer system. At this point the service department was still extremely helpful and they were still taking claim for the issue. We received the car back on December 30th. It had been just over a month and we have been finally enjoying the car we purchased, until, big surprise, same issue! We contacted Jeff in service at Brilliance and told him what was going on and that we were taking back to Dodge as that is where they had us take it last time. (Jeff was always helpful to us and I have no complaints about him personally) When the Dodge dealer called Brilliance about this issue they told them to have us call them. My fiance did and they basically told him that it was no longer their concern and they were tired of dumping money into our car. The guy screamed at him over the phone and hung up on him! So, when they told us that they would make it right and take care of everything, what they meant was, until they don't want to any more! I know we don't have a warranty, but we were given their word that they would take care of it. Then they just decide that their word expires! I can see if we had multiple things we were bringing it in for but, seriously, it was the same thing every time! More
Service performed quickly & economically! I own an older Honda with 162,000 miles on it. My goal is to make this vehicle last as long as possible while being economical with repairs. This place gets it and they do things right. Added bonus to have your car washed and get a loaner when you need it. Will definitely go back. More

A welcome change, and the reason I will be back for all routine maintenance care. Also, as an aside, waiting area is great. Clean, places to hook up your laptop, comfy chairs, television, and good coffee. What more could you ask for!?! More

Excellent Service I walked right in, and was able to get service without having to make an appointment. Poor service Don't bring your vehicle here for service unless you want it done incorrectly and cost thousands to repair after they ruin it. Had my a/c compressor clutch replaced under warranty ( required removal of compressor) and when they reinstalled it they pinched an o-ring that caused the compressor to fail. $1000 out of my pocket. Called the service manager and never heard back. More

They always do great work with a great print out of all items inspected and a list of what to expect for future servicing. Today when I came in for basic oil change, I was curious about what other cars they had available. As a result, I drove out in a new (to me) certified pre-owned Accord. (Loved my first one and already know I'm gonna love the second too!) Jeff Cummings was my sales rep. He was straight forward and no playing games. He asked what I was looking for and what my terms were. From there, he got the process started and in a timely and courteous manner, he got me into my car. Darrell in the financial/business dept set me up with my paperwork and also treated me with respect and answered all my questions. These guys made the whole process easy and comfortable. Not feeling pressured or getting the usual run around is why I will always continue to come back to Brilliance Honda. Best customer service out there! More
