I moved to Corsicana a couple of years ago and have taken my Navigator in for routine services as well as a repair. I have dealt with Jason in the service department and he has provided exceptional service my Navigator in for routine services as well as a repair. Lincoln sent me a factory recall letter, the dealership claimed they had the parts in stock to fix it but after keeping my car the whole day they claimed they needed to order the part. Worst service experience I ever had. Took my car in for a recall fix. Picked it up completely broken. Turns out they didnt disconnect the battery cable while splicing wires for the bypass fix on my LCM. I re recall fix. Picked it up completely broken. Turns out they didnt disconnect the battery cable while splicing wires for the bypass fix on my LCM. I realized this after picking it up and noticing my radio or clock had not been reset. So sure enough it blew 3 fuses. 5 dollar fix for me. But 2 days of having this vehicle they refused to find the problem that they caused. It was all deflection everytime I talked to the manager. Bringing up stuff that had nothing to do with the LCM. Also had the nerve to say "I dont know that that stuff was working when you brought it in". ??? If every repair shop said this then they could literally mess anything up and not be liable. Just scam artist trying to get more money from Ford for the recall fix and possibly trying to get money from me to fix the problem they created. Definitely one of the most crooked places I ever been to. Absolute worst customer service I ever dealt with. More

Terrible customer service with the Finance Dept. xxxxxxxx and no customer service ability, no return phone calls. How hard is it to assist a customer by pushing them the transfer form to their email. Our buy and no customer service ability, no return phone calls. How hard is it to assist a customer by pushing them the transfer form to their email. Our buyer is waiting. When we purchased the truck the dealership should have changed the fuel filter on the diesel. They didn’t and it spewed diesel all the way to Houston. Oh yeah they saved a few dollars but in the end it cost them more. I would never send anyone to this dealership and Ford needs to close them down. They are a total joke expecially with all of the lying they do. More

I was quickly greeted with a smile from one of their service reps Mindy who assured me everything would be taken care of in a orderly and cost efficient manner. Next I talked to Mike who talked me through everything and gave me a very good and accurate run down of all the things my truck would need, he assured me that if anything changed they would call and discuss with me before moving forward. Most of the time I feel confused about whats really happening when I leave the mechanic but thanks to Brinsons stellar team I left with a smile on my face, feeling confident that everything would be taken care efficiently.
