After charging me $62 to balance my tires that they messed up, the vibration is still there. On a side note, 4 dealerships have told me my transmission and lack of power issues are normal. Well I almost died last week because the NORMAL issues almost got me rear ended on a highway. Yet I’m told if I take it elsewhere for a non biased opinion it’ll void my warranty. Sounds like a conspiracy or a coverup to me. I’m deathly afraid to drive this truck; but I have no choice. Got to drive to San Antonio for my Grandmother’s funeral. I did get an initial response to which I responded with a question about 'value add ons' and never heard from them again. I guess they don't like talking about their surprises before they put them on the de question about 'value add ons' and never heard from them again. Most dealerships have a price they list the car for and then have required add ons you have to buy to get the car. I have seen these add ons range from about $1K to almost $4k. I simply want to know the real price for me to acquire the car up front. More
