Dropped off truck at 0800 Monday and did not get my truck back until Wednesday. It was dropped off for a #6 misfire which I told them about and it took them that long to diagnose the issue. They told me they could not get the truck to act up but in the 10 days it was misfiring, it was constantly acting up and was noticable. I had to get a rental for three days for something which should have been diagnosed in a few hours. I ended up buying the spark plug wires to replace myself because they were charging me over $800 to replace them. It takes less than 30 min to do the job and you can purchase the wires for under $100 at nearly any auto parts store. On top of the ridiculous prices, I no longer have faith in this location and will not return. More
