Service My transit van has a recall issue that requires a part to be replaced every 4 months,( Ford will replace after 30,000 miles over and over again) this My transit van has a recall issue that requires a part to be replaced every 4 months,( Ford will replace after 30,000 miles over and over again) this dealership has forced us to come in and look at the part and then come back days later to replace it, causing significant lost income each time. Never again, another dealership in town also thinks that's unreasonable and will fix in one trip. Of course it's still ridiculous that I have spent $38,000 for a vehicle Ford can't fix and they're taking money out of my pocket constantly with down time and inconvenience More
