The sales staff were freindly, and polite. They are well informed about their product, and their business. Unlike some experiences with other dealerships in the past. We had been to multiple different dealerships after the engine in one vehicle died and the tranny in the other within two days of one another. We were looking for an affordable, 4 wheel vehicle with a warranty in replace of our old truck, without a high payment as we still had to buy a new transmission and pay off our other vehicle to finance a new one. After visiting 3 different large dealerships, and a few small, we found the Jeep Renegade we wanted in Grand Rapids. My husband took the day off and as we were leaving we got a call they had by mistake sold the vehicle that morning. We were furious as I had already secured the financing , ran our credit and took our personal info. A friend my husband worked with suggested we go to Brookfield, and am I glad he did!! We walked in frustrated with an hour until close and Kevin had both the vehicles we were interested In out and ready for a test drive. We went inside and worked on the paperwork for financing and were plesently surprised when Jack and Kevin came back with the lowest interest rate we have been offered by any oth r place and a great deal on the brand new Jeep. They went out of their way to stay and hour plus after close so we did not have to make the trip again the next day . And offered us to come back the following week for a free tank of gas and a car detail. Not only did they give us the best deal of all the places we talked to , they weren't pushy, worked hard to get us in our budget , no pressure what so ever and were very patient with not only my crankiness from a two week car hunt, but our two young children as well. I was incredibly happy with the customer service we received from Kevin Waldrop and Jack who did the financing. I would recommend this dealer to anyone I know and we will defiantly be back . More
