When the issues with my tranmission started all the Ford Dealers near us said it would be weeks before they could even look at the car, let alone put me in a rental that I deserparately needed for work. So we called Brooksville Autonation Ford where we purchased the Escape and Brandi was amazing. She told me to come in ASAP and based on the computer diagnotic she placed me in a rental ASAP as well. Brandi did said that it maybe a while before they could work on my escape as there were other cars ahead of me. I was expecting the worst and then 7 days later she text and said me escape was ready!!! Not only ready but they also fixed the two recalls too!!!. Brandi was the best!!!
