I dropped my truck off on a Saturday and called to pick it up nine days later and they did not even process my paperwork so I had to wait one more day for them to call me and tell me they could not do the it up nine days later and they did not even process my paperwork so I had to wait one more day for them to call me and tell me they could not do the work because it was not under warranty even though they Fixed it for the same exact thing once before within the year but tried to say it was something different but the same thing and couldn’t even do the recalls on it because I had to pay them to fix what was broken First. When I dropped it off the service guy bragged on how they were number one service department in the state of Florida. I don’t understand how this could be even possible. More

I took my truck in for a routine oil change. I complained about a burning smell after driving my truck. Klaus( my mechanic ) found an oil leak and he was able to fix my truck in 2 days!!!!!! Klaus is awesome and treats my truck like his own! The service manager, Don, jumped in and helped with my warranty info and with a rental car! These guys are awesome!
