I had spark plugs replaced. My 2006 Expedition had original plugs which were prone to break off in the engine upon removal. This delicate job required patience, care and finesse, not brute strength. All eight 17 year old plugs were replaced without any breakage, saving me additional expense. I was so pleased, I tipped the mechanic $40. I had given specific instructions to Savanna, the customer service rep, to relay to the mechanic regarding overnight soaking of the plugs in rust inhibitor and the fragility of the old plugs. Obviously, she relayed the info perfectly to the mechanic. The dealership work was pricey (as usual), but the service was excellent and worth the extra expense. More
