I have always had issues with this dealership. They usually have your vehicle for 3-7 days even for the simplest of repairs. They don’t call you when parts arrive or have any idea of when they can They usually have your vehicle for 3-7 days even for the simplest of repairs. They don’t call you when parts arrive or have any idea of when they can get them. On this trip I went in to see about getting 5 of our company vehicles scheduled for warranty repairs. As I entered the service dept there were 5 workers behind the counter, 1 was on the phone, 2 were typing on their computers and 2 were just standing there. All but the 1 on the phone knew I was standing there and was the only customer standing there and not one acknowledged me with a greeting or we will be with you in a minute, nothing. I gave them a fair amount of time to do something but it became obvious that’s they had no concern that I was waiting. I don’t know why I keep trying to get anything done at this dealership, other than they are the closest, for years when it’s obvious they just don’t care about their customers. The fact that I was the only customer there tells me that a lot of other people have had the same experiences. More

The service is fine when you can actually get an appointment. Tried for about 2 weeks calling and leaving VM's about appointment for recall repair on vehicle. This actually is not a new problem; I have used their service department for over 15 years and always difficult to get someone to answer phone. Press number for service on message robot and call will continually circulate with no one actually picking up phone. If another dealer was closer, I would have switched years ago due to this. Manager needs to address this and also return messages from customers. This is not a new issue and I have heard other people complain about telephone service. I get emails all the time about buying a new vehicle there, but they can't answer the phone so didn't get my last vehicle there. That is basic customer service. More
