*****0 Stars They refused to sell us a vehicle & discriminated against us for our last name. Never got to sit down to discuss numbers or give them any info other than our name and phone number. Stopped in on a whim to look at vehicle Salesman Josh was wonderful he worked and made a deal my husband accepted. We had to go home to get trade in vehicle. Before we could get back we received a call from sales manager Scott F. he told us they would not sell to anybody with the last name GOODWIN a vehicle because an assumed family member left a bad review and it cost them lots of business. When asked where this review was so we could see (plus never found) we got an other excuse it was a mail in review. Husband spoke to General Manager Gary who gave another excuse it was because a family member was belligerent to receptionist. We have purchased several vehicles from them and have our vehicle serviced there(which never had a problem taking our money from us). But never again will we or our business use them for anything. We are business owners that has been in Hernando County for 35 yrs. P.S. who they accused has never purchase a vehicle from them. More

Battery died in car. Since it was a n AutoNation Lifetime battery I called the parts dept to make sure they had what I needed in stock. They did so I brought ithe battery in and exchanged it.
