I was contacted by Tim Worsley, who immediately clarified which car I was looking at and sent me a detailed price quote. I was looking for a specific amount for my trade in, but the dealership was over two hours away from me, so I asked if Tim would be able to give a preliminary appraisal over email with detailed pictures. I sent the pictures, and he came back at a realistic offer that was within negotiating range of what I was looking for. I made the drive over and Tim, along with sales managers Danny Smith and Andrew Thomas, made me an acceptable offer on my trade. I got an extremely good deal on my car, and they even checked in the system and found me an extra incentive that saved a bunch more. Overall, a great bunch of people. Very honest and friendly. I just wish this dealership was closer to my home in Volusia county so that I could use them for all of my service and future purchasing needs! More

Vicki and Gary went way out of there way to find the truck I wanted and got it to the dealership for me after, I had already purchased a smaller truck from them and did not care for it. I had gone in and found a F-150 6 cylinder with out 4x4 and bought the truck from Vicki thinking I would not need the 4x4 and 8 cylinder. I drove the truck around for a while and just found that i wanted a different truck. I called Vicki back and she found the truck I wanted this time had it brought to the dealership and treated me like gold. I really want to thank Vicki and Gary they really went the extra mile for me. I was on my way to turn in my 2010 Honda lease and had every intention to lease a new Honda. Autonation is right down the block from me so I thought I would just take a look since it would make service mo every intention to lease a new Honda. They showed my both the Fusion and the Escape. I immediately liked the Fusion. I am a big guy and there was plenty of room and very comfortable. I let Gary and Chris know my terms. They got Greg the Sales manager involved. There was no nonsense. They were respectful of my terms, worked within those and I am a proud owner of a Ford Fusion. Thanks guys, it was the best experience I have had with a auto dealership. I will be back for my next car. More
