When we took it to be fixed we were told that it was not covered under the 60 day warranty (very disappointing). After talking with Gary (Manager), they fixed the problem free of charge and even rented a vehicle for us while the cable was being repaired. Should we ever need to purchase another vehicle in the future, we would definitely visit AutoNation Ford Brooksville and see Corey White. Corey was awesome even though it was his 3rd day on the job! We spoke with Anna 501 days ago for the first time - at that time we were not going to purchase until the hybrids were around a little longer and were proven. We bought our 2005 Grand Marquis from AutoWay and it was a good experience. So we wanted to go there again. Also Ford did not take any bail out money - so we wanted another Ford. Anna Marie kept in touch, every six months or so to let us know what kind of rebates were going on, any special vehicles or deals...and if we were not ready we told her not yet, we will let her know when. She NEVER was so pushy that we were turned off by her. However, I cannot say the same about Flammer Ford, who were pushy, with phone calls from multiple people even after being told we were not ready. We finally told them we were never buying a car from Flammer, and they stopped. We also had previously purchased a car there. We were looking on line at cars...Anna Maria had called us to check in earlier in the week, and we said we would be in touch. We looked on line and saw the C Max. We loved the inside of it, loved the color we saw on line. When we pulled in to just "look" at the vehicle....we never told her which model we were specifically interested in, just the features we wanted in the vehicle. And amazingly the car she pulled for us to look at that day was the C Max, the color we saw online. It was like fate. She really really listened to what we said to her and the provided the exact car we wanted. She was told we were not buying today, just looking but she was as pleasant as could be....she asked what we needed to get into the vehicle, and she worked out the terms. It was amazing. She is truly a professional. She is honest, a good listener, and the absolute best to work with. All my kids love Fords, so when they are ready to purchase a new vehicle, Im sending them to Anna Marie. She was the best. More
Excellent Dealership! Bought brand new lifted F-250 for a fantastic price. They worked hard for me to get me into the vehicle I wanted and I was very happy with the amount they gave me for my trade. The entire experience I had with AutoNation Ford Brooksville was thoroughly great! I saw the SUV online and did a chat with Danny who ensured that car was put aside once I confirmed that I wanted t Brooksville was thoroughly great! With all the flights taken up, I took a last-minute bus down to Brooksville from Atlanta and Danny got up early and fought the holiday weekend traffic to pick me up at the bus station in Tampa at 7 a.m. and bring me to the dealership (about 45 minutes away). When we got to the dealership, suffice it to say that there were some issues with my banking and license seeing as I recently moved back to the US after being away for more than 5 years. Krista spent a good deal of time on the phone and such making sure that the fact that I had just moved back to the US in the last week was not held against me. Gary was exceptionally hospitable and got me breakfast (I believe gave me his own actually) after finding out that I had taken a 10-hour bus trip. Danny took even more of his time to take me to a financial services institution so that I could authorize my fund transfers to complete the transaction. Moreover, Danny was a great sport as I got my sea legs back with the manual tranny on the test drive and even took the time to have lunch with me as I waited for the funds transfer to clear. After spending more than half-a-day with me, Danny even took the time to make sure I got out of the dealership safely onto the roadway (rabbit-hopped one last time but was fine from there). Overall, the team was exceptionally kind and professional the entire time (I left after 4 p.m. and they treated me like a VIP for what was surely one of the lowest priced cars on their lot). I recommend Danny, Krista, Gary and the team at AutoNation Ford Brooksville unequivocally to anyone buying a vehicle or just wanting to see truly honorable sales professionals in action. More

Ten minutes after my wife e-mailed their site for a test drive appointment, Danny Smith, one of their sales associates was calling to confirm, even though it was 9:50 PM. The next evening their Sales Manager, Gary Choquette, was calling to make sure I had directions ( we were coming from North Florida ) and to see if I had any questions. We discussed a couple of things and he called me back within about 10 minutes with the answers. When we got there everyone was very personable. Danny had knowledge of the vehicle we were looking at even though it was not a Ford product ( preowned MINI Cooper ) and was very attentive without being pushy or aggressive. Gary came over and made us feel welcome without being solicitous. Their pricing was good. And even though a paid a little more than I had any intention of ( that's just me. I am TIGHT with my money ) when we left there 3 hours later, with the vehicle, we felt that we had gotten a very good deal. These guys were GREAT and I would definitely not mind the drive again for any future purchases. If you want to meet some good people and feel good about the deal afterwards, shop here. More

Maria greeted upon arrival and made us feel at ease and comfortable. She offered us drinks and went to get them for us. Maria was very knowledgable and a pleasant person to deal with. My friend fell in love with her choice immediately. Maria guided my friend though a thorough use of all controls and answered all questions. We went for test drive.
