I stopped by on a whim.Was greeted by Doug very professionally. It took him about 5 minutes to size my personality up and we were on from there. It was a wonderful experience. Never ever tought I would say that about buying a car. I told him the must haves and the deal breakers. He took me to 2 different vehicles and I choose one. A beautiful 2011 Ford Eacape. Doug was the epitomy of a gentleman and a gentle man. I am recovering from a broken hip and he stayed by me no matter where I roamed. At any time if I had started to fall he could have prevented it but, he was never smothering or obnoxious. The whole expierence was so different from any I have had in the past. I got a great car that I really love and at a price $5000.00 less than I had budgeted for. Never thought I could get a bargain like that. I had gone on line to price cars and did not find prices that I could afford but, I did at Auto Nation here in Brooksville, FL. The manager ,Gary, was also great. He figured me out pretty fast too. I do not like stuffy people. I am a very positivre and happy person and love to laugh. I did a whole lot of it tht day and am so grateful for the treatment I got. I was never treated like I was stupid or senile. I am 82 years of age and get treated that way a lot so when I am not I am happy camper. During my search for a new car, I contacted Autoway Ford after being totally frustrated by Flammer Ford of Spring Hill, FL (I'll write a separate review of them). What a difference. Salesman Doug Schleich answered the phone and immediately provided me the information on vehicles in stock; he then had the vehicle of interest fueled & waiting for me when I arrived. Doug was very courteous (as were all the employees in the showroom); he accompanied me on a test drive of a new fully equipped Escape, pointing out the new technologies and features of the vehicle. When pricing negotiations began, he soon brought in Sales Manager Gary Choquette to participate. Although the discussions lasted quite a while, they were all very pleasant, with Gary and Doug demonstrating "over the top" courtesy. Although a deal wasn't struck that day, I received follow-up phone calls from both Doug and Gary over the next two days, after which we came to an agreement. Subsequent to vehicle delivery, I also received follow-up calls from them over the next week to ensure I was pleased with my purchase. It's particularly impressive to hear from a Sales Manager after the sale. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone car shopping in the Brooksville/Spring Hill area. More

My husband and I had decided to replace our Chevy HHR. We needed a vehicle that was comfortable for him to access and ride in, as well as on that would accommodate his mobility scooter. I researched several vehicles and manufactures before deciding on the Ford Escape. We saw the Escape we ultimately purchased on Autoway Ford & Lincoln in Brooksville, Florida. We went to the dealer, was promptly greeted by Lee and took the Escape for a drive. The vehicle was a perfect fit for our family. My husband loves it, it's a dream to drive and there's room for his scooter and our three dogs. While we had not originally planned on purchasing a new vehicle, once we did the numbers with Lee we realized that the new Escape, with everything we wanted in a vehicle, was the best value for our money. The dealership installed the tow package for the scooter lift and made sure that our beautiful, new Escape was just as we wanted it; right down to setting up the bluetooth for our cell phone and Ford SYNC and informing me about the technology class they offer, to help new owners become familiar with the technology in their new Ford vehicles.
