AUTONATION FORD BROOKSVILLE: 5 start all the way - never disappointed with their staff or service. They worked with me hand and hand with a difficult and tricky repair situation. My CSR Brandy was FANTASTI disappointed with their staff or service. They worked with me hand and hand with a difficult and tricky repair situation. My CSR Brandy was FANTASTIC and anytime I had questions they worked to try and get me some kind of useful information related to my case FORD COPORATE: ZERO....ZERO...ZERO....Dealing with FORD CORPORATE and their customer service is beyond terrible and they are not able to or willing to provide any useful assistance other than to say "we will call you back later". Which they DON'T. Asking for information that I am entitled to they start using language that does not even apply. FORD CORPORATE would rather sell a new vehicle than to service, support and honor the warranty of the ones they have sold and on the road I understand supply chain shortages these days, BUT if you can build NEW trucks you should/can provide parts for one that is ONLY A YEAR OLD..... More
