Normally, I rate them a 5, however, during the time we had my husband's truck serviced, I had a slight issue with my Taurus. The problem was diagnosed almost immediately. The part was ordered by Don, had my husband's truck serviced, I had a slight issue with my Taurus. The problem was diagnosed almost immediately. The part was ordered by Don, my service rep. He was going on vacation for two weeks, so he asked me to call and confirm the part was there and schedule an appointment. I did and service said they didn't have anything available for two weeks. I decided to wait for Don to return. When he did, I told him what happened. He got be scheduled the next day. I was in and out in just under an hour. Only want to deal with Don for our vehicles. More

Our appointment was at 10 am and the truck wasn't touched until 1045. We drove several miles to get our truck serviced and had to wait an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. If you make an appointment your vehicle shouldn't set untouched for 45 minutes. Poor scheduling! More

Sorry don't think ill be back. Oil change tire rotation. Hour and half wait time never had it take that long. There is no better service department around. Brandi the Service Manager was very professional handling our situation. Dan a.k.a. “Santa Clause,” the mechanic knows F-150 trucks. He is the best!
