Loaner cars are a convenience! I have a 2015 Cadillac SRX. I had been experiencing two issues that needed attention. I dropped it off in the service dept. on a Wednesday and given I have a 2015 Cadillac SRX. I had been experiencing two issues that needed attention. I dropped it off in the service dept. on a Wednesday and given a loaner car for several days so I did not have to be inconvenienced. I was able to return the loaner car and pick up my car on a Saturday which was more convenient as well. I also appreciate the extras; like a complimentary bottle of water in vehicle when I pick it up. More
