My daughter and I did a Facebook search asking which Jeep dealer people would recommend as we have been wanting to purchase a Jeep Wrangler unlimited for years. The resounding response that came back from h dealer people would recommend as we have been wanting to purchase a Jeep Wrangler unlimited for years. The resounding response that came back from her "friends" was to go to "Browns" in Patchogue. So, off we went. I had purchased a 2012 Honda Accord only last October and hated it. It was a very nice, dependable car but way too boring for this 63 year old who has always enjoyed the "rough" road and of course an AMERICAN car! We ran into Chris in the showroom and when he asked right away if he could be of help, I immediately said that we were just looking (so as not to have him stalking us, I thought). We asked if there were 4 door wranglers out in the yard and he came out with us- not harassing us at all- to show us the inventory available on site. He was so patient and took the time to answer questions- my daughter being much more in tune to the workings of the Jeeps- and when we were ready he took us for the test drive. It only took us about an hour to pick out the car we were interested in- a 2013 White Wrangler unlimited. We went back in and came to an agreement about the trade in for my HONDA. Although I knew that I would be losing money by turning it in so fast after I purchased it, Chris made it as painless as he could. Then we had some financing issues- I wanted my Credit Union but they didn't want me apparently so Brown's kicked into action and by Monday my daughter and I were driving away in the Wrangler. The pick-up of the vehicle was a bit unwieldy as one hour turned into two. By that time we were in with the finance "Rich"'s office and we had to endure some more time listening to all of the "offers" they could throw in. (I do realize that happens at every dealership) But then we were set free to get back to Chris and he took his time going over the details of the Jeep even though we had taken up so much of his time that day and even caused him to come in 2 hours early so that we could pick the car up. He was so gracious and patient with us and thanked us over and over for being patient with him! So yes, I would absolutely recommend Brown's to anyone and Salesperson Chris Lien would be my choice again and again. More

We had been to about 5 different dealerships and were about to just give up after being lied to and treated poorly. We decided to make one last phone call to Brown's and after speaking with Kenny over th about to just give up after being lied to and treated poorly. We decided to make one last phone call to Brown's and after speaking with Kenny over the phone, we immediately felt comfortable. He went over pricing and options and was extremely knowledgable and helpful as well as very professional and friendly. We decided to make the purchase the same day we spoke to Kenny. We went to the dealership did all the paperwork and came back the next day to pick up our new vehicle. Upon picking up our new vehicle, everything was done quickly and explained to us. Our vehicle was clean, detailed and sparkling! Kenny synced our phones and explained how everything in the car worked. We picked up our vehicle later at night, so Kenny was nice enough to pull it into the bay so we could look it over. In the bay we met Manny who was so nice and helpful. He explained the hours for the service department and asked if he could be of any assistance. We live about 25 minutes away, but after meeting Manny, we will be using this dealership for our maintenance. The finance manager, Bill was also very helpful and got everything done and taken care of in a timely matter. Bill went through all options of extended warranties and explained all of the pricing on our purchase. Overall we had the pleasure of working with 3 wonderful employees at this dealership. Kenny has been our favorite salesman out of any of our car purchases. He really went above and beyond. We will gladly go back to Browns and will recommend to our friends and family. More
After having to deal with several bad dealerships I came across Brown's. Kenny was the sales associate that I spoke to over the phone about a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo E and made sure I would be getti across Brown's. Kenny was the sales associate that I spoke to over the phone about a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo E and made sure I would be getting what I was asking for when it came to a new car. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and truly cared about helping me find a safe vehicle, especially with me being 7 months pregnant currently. Understanding what I was asking for he gave me his cell number and allowed any questions or concerns I had be asked whenever I needed even when he wasn't currently working which is something I greatly appreciated. He let me know that the exact car I was looking for was on the dealers lot and that he would hold the car for me to allow me to come and look at it that afternoon. My mother, boyfriend, and myself drove out to Brown's (from Greenlawn) that afternoon and saw the exact car that I was looking for and we put the deposit down shortly after. The next day the car was available and we got the paperwork done and Kenny sat in the vehicle with me for at least 30 minutes explaining every aspect of the car and showing me how to customize my dash board, where the spare tire was, he explained the car to the very smallest details which I greatly appreciated especially since the car was so new to me. Kenny even followed up a couple days later via text to make sure I was happy with my purchase and asked if I had any questions for him. I would hands down purchase another car through Kenny and I will definitely recommend other people to consider buying a car through him. More

My wife and I will only go to James Rogers. In 5 years we have purchased 5 vehicles from James. He always plays it straight with us and he always answers our questions to the best of his ability. My stomach was in a knot going on.( Im an over thinker) This would be my 2nd Jeep Wrangler purchase from Browns and I have to tell you , Luck was on my side that day , I walked in ,I was assigned Sal to help me and from that moment on ,, As Ms Streisand would say " it was butter!",,Its kinda crazy the whole transaction , felt nothing like a transaction , This was a dude who was gonna help me get , what i truly believe is my dream truck, Never once did i feel i was being taken advantage of, lied to or any of those salesman stereotypes you hear about . But what really sticks with me, is when he gave me the car,,,You could sense he was truly happy for me, and it was genuine , and that's priceless. Not only would I recommend Browns and but I would highly recommend SAL, and I hope that Browns realizes what an asset they have , to have him as part of there team.. Im truly very happy and grateful. a million thanks! More
