Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous staff, clean showroom and shop areas. I had been to another Dodge dealer who just did not seem to care about me and so I drove 1/2 hour away to this dealer clean showroom and shop areas. I had been to another Dodge dealer who just did not seem to care about me and so I drove 1/2 hour away to this dealer. Well worth the trip. Overall, would recommend this dealership. One item that prevents me from giving 5 across the board is when I went to pickup my vehicle I ended up waiting for over 1/2 hour. My sales rep greeted me promptly and we did some paperwork and then he went to do something and did not come back nor have anyone else let me know what was going on. If my vehicle was not ready, it would have been fine, just would have been nice to have been in the loop. There was also another customer who appeared to be waiting for someone and I never saw anyone talk to them for quite a while also. More

We have been dealing with Brown's for over 20 years either in leasing or purchase of 6 Jeep Cherokees and 1 Subaru (for our son) and have always found Browns to be friendly and professional in their pr either in leasing or purchase of 6 Jeep Cherokees and 1 Subaru (for our son) and have always found Browns to be friendly and professional in their practices and in dealing with the customer. This continues on with Jim Rogers (our second purchase of a Jeep with Jim as our saleman). Jim explained everything in detail (much to the satisfaction of my wife who had a million questions concerning the electronics of the car) and overall reduced the "customer stress level" to almost zero!!. We also dealt with Kenny during our first appointment and finally with Bill (in the finance department) and together they make a team that Browns should be very proud of. We will continue to recommend Browns to our friends and anyone who wants to buy or lease a car. Keep up the good work and thank you! More

I went down to the dealership with my dad to check out my first brand new car. Jermal was very nice made sure he got me out the door the door the same day. plus I got my car at the price range, rate, and mon first brand new car. My husband had purchased a truck at Brown's a few years ago, had it surviced there as well as had my son's car serviced there, so we went back to buy a car for me. The process was progressing pretty years ago, had it surviced there as well as had my son's car serviced there, so we went back to buy a car for me. The process was progressing pretty well initially as the salesman was glad to see a repeat customer. But trying to get the discounts advertised and others we felt we deserved (along with the best price we could get) was like pulling teeth. When it came down to sign papers, I went in fully excited and ready to get my car and was getting financing through them as well. I then noticed that there was an "optional" fee for the dealership processing paperwork for the DMV of $75. I expressed my surprise and dismay that after paying over $30,000 for a car, I was hit with this optional fee. I asked that it be removed. I was told no by the salesman. When I expressed my dismay as he developed an attitude, he had the manager come over. He tried to rationalize the fee and I told him that I did not think it was fair and felt it was ridiculous. He then got quite rude. He told me, "I am not paying the fee" so I told him I wasn't either. He then closed my folder and in a very unfriendly manner basically told me to leave. He offered me my deposit check back so I took it and my credit application and left. How stupid was that! I had a pen in my hand and they had a deposit check and he got rude and killed a deal over $75! They lost a sale as well as any benefit from financing the car. First of all, that was just stupid business and second of all, the attitude displayed to me alienated a repeat customer (who the salesman admitted could possibly be back for several more cars over the next decade or so) and now Brown's has an antagonist instead of an advocate. What a shame. We went to another dealer, was treated far better, got the car for several hundred dollars less and then they waived the $75 without any fuss. Very happy I switched dealers! More
