I was coming off of a lease with Honda and was in the market for a new vehicle. Having recently moved, and now facing a commute, I was interested in purchasing my next vehicle. After doing some research online of different vehicles I decided that a crossover or smaller SUV would be fitting my needs for both work and play. The Dodge Journey was high on my list having rented one last year, but I had started looking at all sorts of cars; the Kia Sorrento, Honda CRV, Chevy Equinox, Mazda CX 5 & 7 and the Dodge Journey. After visiting other competitors it was time to visit a Dodge dealership and I started at Browns . My parents had purchased a Plymouth Voyager and Neon from Browns and been thrilled with the experience all those years ago, so I thought my first visit to a Dodge dealer deserved some family loyalty. I was not let down! Sal was amazing. He was patient and went through inventories as we tried to see how I could get the most for my money. After going through the specs on the value package on the 2013's we also went through some of the 2012 models that remained, and there we struck gold. The package in my Journey had everything I wanted and more! Sal went out of his way to make sure I was able to see my car that night, despite it encroaching on towards 9 pm. We worked out details on financing, which was so smooth and utterly amazing in both the value of vehicle pricing and financing. I left that night with a deposit down on my new car and a huge smile on my face. I honestly had only intended to visit for information but the value Dodge had to offer me, in both the staff and vehicle, put them way above the competition. Two days later I was in my brand new car, the first new car that I've purchased. And it was amazing. I opted for the Simoniz coating and the car was immaculate both inside and out. Every day I get in my car I smile. I constantly tease that we're going on journey in my Journey. I loved every moment of my experience at Browns and have recommended them highly to friends. Thrilled I found the car that's the perfect fit for me, you can be certain that when my mother is ready to buy her Dodge Dart she'll be going to Browns and seeking out Sal. Truly it was an absolute pleasure to work with Sal! More

We were looking for a specific Jeep, this gentleman drove to go get the Jeep that we wanted and have it to the dealership when we wanted it by.
