Not knowing much about Minivans, since we h My wife and I purchased a new Grand Caravan from Browns Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat in Patchogue NY. Not knowing much about Minivans, since we had never owned one, we had many questions. We entered the Showroom which was neat and clean with many SUV's and Cars on display. We were greeted by a nice young lady who contacted a Sales Representative for us. Sal DiStefano promptly introduced himself and was eager to help us. We asked all about the Minivan and he answered all our questions. He brought the Model we were interested in out from the lot and off we went for a test drive. He explained how "economy" mode saved gas and familiarized us with the controls and how to use them. His vast knowledge of these vehicles made our purchase an easy one. When we returned to the Dealership after the test drive, Sal printed out a $750 additional trade in allowance voucher for us. He also searched and found 2 more incentives we qualified for, saving us a total of $2000! We were delighted to hear that! Reaching a fair price for our trade in was simple and reaching a final price was even easier. We were not pressured at all. Tom Reilly, finance manager, explained to us various warranty extentions available and that remote start and alarm was available. Tom took care of the DMV by switching the plates from the old vehicle to the new and had everything taken care of with the payment etc. The next day our new Minivan was delivered "on time", "spotless" and "gassed up". We were very pleased. In closing, I would recommend car shoppers to add Browns Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat to their list and ask for Sal DiStefano.
