Essentially, we came to your dealership because another Chrysler dealer on Long Island did not have any Chrysler 300s. We had a Lincoln MKS as our first choice when we started looking at the 2013 300s in Brown's lot but James and the detail he imparted about every feature on the sticker changed our priorities. The test drive clinched the deal. It is evident Brown's is well established and prominent on Long Island and clearly has a tremendous inventory. James knew our concerns about what we heard about some older vintage 300s and addressed each with candor and uptodate information. One might say the combination which succeeds is a buyer who wins and a salesman who wins.
