My wife and I had an amazing experience dealing with James Kubik at Browns. Yes, Browns matched a competitors price, but it was our conversations and dealings with James that made choosing Brown's a no brainer. My wife and I both felt extremely comfortable discussing all aspects of our lease with James and he conveyed a feeling of honesty and integrity. To top off our experience, James was in constant contact with us during Hurricane Sandy, and as we could not pick up our car on the original date due to the storm, James did everything he could to get us our car as quickly as possible considering the extraordinary circumstances. My wife and I both agree that in another year or two when we need to replace our other car we will be looking to deal with James again and we hope to find him still with Brown's. More

I purchased a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country in Dec. 2011. Kevin Diaz was my salesman and he was wonderful. The evening hours were extremely helpful and the staff was informative, patient and caring. Upon checking out, I was asked why this was my first time back to the dealership for service. I informed the gentlemen that I had been in Manhattan over the past year managing my husband's brain cancer through Sloan Memorial Kettering, and that was the original reason for the purchase...a safe, comfortable vehicle for travel to the city. They immediately offered prayers, best wishes and encouragement to remain positive. I was so appreciative of their quality and speed of work, but most importantly, that they didn't treat me like a customer. They made me feel like an important part of the Brown's family. Mike and Vincent went above and beyond what any other salesman has done at any dealer ever. Their laid back approach and honesty are not something you find at car dealers. I sold cars for a few years and salesman has done at any dealer ever. Their laid back approach and honesty are not something you find at car dealers. I sold cars for a few years and really didn't like the experience. Dealing with these two made me realize I must have been at the wrong dealer. I would recommend everyone give these guys a chance when they are looking for a new car. More
I had a 5 year old car with very low miles on it and in very good mechanical condition. It did need some minor body work & I had a little over a year left on the payments. I only wanted to get rid of it because I was having financial problems & was looking to lower my payments. A friend of mine had purchased a new Jeep from Brown's & was very satisfied with his buying experience. I looked through Brown's internet sales & saw a vehicle that really interested me. The price was a little high, but they were offering a $1000 discount if financing was done through them & a special internet price. I inquired about the vehicle on a Thursday nite & received a call the next day from internet sales asking me if I was still interested in the car. I said yes & an appointment was set for later that day when I got off from work to see & test drive the car. I arrived a few minutes before the agreed upon time & ended up waiting over 1/2 hour before being waited on. Rich L finally came over & apologized for the wait. ( Then came the good news? ) He told me that the car had all ready been sold & blamed internet sales for being inept. I am a very patient person so I asked what he was going to do for me. He showed me a few other cars, same model, with various mileage. I finally settled one one with about twice the mileage as the one I was interested in. We settled on a price, but the amount that he was offering me for my trade was very low. His reasoning being that the car was in good shape, but old. I went along with him & agreed to buy the car. I went the next Monday to pick up the car. The car was written up for over $600 more than we had agreed on & I was talked into buying an extended warranty because it would lower my interest rate. I had someone check out what they were selling my trade in for. They were asking more than twice what they gave me for it, & their internet price was about $1200 less than their asking price. Never buy a car when you are tired or under pressure. ( Also when I went to pick up the car I was not shown how anything worked, the valve caps were missing. I had to replace the rear wiper after 3 weeks. Car is supposed to be a Certified Pre- Owned. The car was super clean except for a tooth pick & floss picks in the glove dept.) More
