James was super as he was able to answer all of our questions with regard to the products on the lot both new and used. We found the vehicle we wanted on a Saturday evening. James was so attentive through that night answering us via text with varied information needed to pickup the vehicle on Monday. When we arrived at the Dealership on Monday the financing and pickup again all went smoothly as James has everything prepared for us. I will say that all the people at Browns pre-owned truck center where aces they made you feel like you knew them for ever and had no problem talking with you, not at you or to you. Their finance guy was forthcoming with all the charges and explained every one and made sure you were comfortable with every one.
