My Experiance My salesman Harry was very thorough and got me the best deal possible. He couldn't have been nicer to me, my parents, my husband or my daughter. Everyone that I spoke to couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. My 7 year old had a great time sitting in all of the cars on display & everyone was very sweet. A very nice salesman even came up to her and was explaining different features on different cars to her. When I came back the next day to sign all of my paperwork and pick up my new Jeep, the man in the finance department couldn't have been better. He was very nice & very quick. Then Harry spent a lot of time showing me everything my new car had to offer. He even guided me out of the parking lot when I was too nervous to back up my new car myself. It was a great experience, buying my first car and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Dandrea More

Mel got us into a 2017 Wrangler Sport at the price we wanted AND he found rebates other dealers didn't even know of!!. Mel is personable, friendly, honest and knows what he's talking about. The Best Sales Dept. On L.I. The only reason I did not give Browns 5 Stars is because of there service department . The service department here is by far the worse I have ever dealt with . I live within walking distance and take all of my 3 vehicles to Port Jefferson Jeep for service. Now for the good. The sales department is superior to any other dealership on Long Island ! I have dealt with James Kubik for many years . He's my go to guy whenever I need a car or truck. This guy is the real deal ! James always negotiates the best deals with his sales manager for me and has always been true to his word . He has even gone as far as giving me his cell no. and always returns my calls even on his day off. I'm old school and to me thats service ! My hats off to the sales manager Mike Pellegrino this guy is a true gentleman as well as is the showroom manager Gary Burke . Browns is the dealer to go to for sales and leasing ! A +++++ ! ! ! ! !
