Kevin Salvatore greeted us and we told him basically we were looking for the bottom line Caravan as it was going to be a work truck. He also gave him a price we wanted to be at. He showed us three different versions, one a little better than the other-we wound up with the better of the three at a great price! We were in the next night to pick it up-all went so smoothly. I inquired online and Kyle Benson promptly contacted me to find out what I needed and wanted in a new truck. He set up an appointment for me for the next day as per my request. I was greeted by a very nice woman at the receptionist desk and Kyle came right away to introduce me to the salesman who was taking over with assisting me. My salesman Michael Gedell was very nice and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was inquiring about. I didn't have to haggle and argue like at many other dealerships that have poor sales tactics. When the time came to talk about the deal with the sales manager Joe Guinta he was very helpful and friendly to help accomodate my needs. I can't say enough nice things about my experience. I was alone at the dealer with my one year old son and everyone was so nice. One salesman even gave my son munchkins (after asking me permission) which was awesome. Even the finance manager rich was so nice and helpful. At no point did I ever feel pressured into anything. I have had many bad experiences at dealerships in the past and I didnt like going to the dealer before my trip to Browns. From starting with Kyle to ending with Michael going over my new truck the trip could not have been better. I will definitely be back in the future when I need my next truck! Thank you everyone!!!
