Excellent Sales Service, Personable & Welcoming I'm in the military and was looking for a particular type of midsize SUV. I searched, using the USAA car buying app and the top ten vehicles that met I'm in the military and was looking for a particular type of midsize SUV. I searched, using the USAA car buying app and the top ten vehicles that met my needs were located at this one dealership. I've previously been to other dealerships and never received the attention and service I was given from Rich and Charlie. I visited the dealership on a Wednesday, during the busiest week in the year (just after Christmas). Rather than having me wait for someone available and Rich even though it was his off day, introduced himself and showed me around. He listened to what I wanted and proceeded to show me vehicles that he thought would meet my needs. There was no pressure, no sales pitch, he just let the vehicles speak for themselves. After I selected my Jeep Patriot, Rich and Charlie were unbelievably fantastic to work with. They have also been very courteous and accommodating to military members. They paperwork was seamless and I received a better deal than I could imagined on a preowned vehicle. I would definitely recommend any of friends and colleagues to go to Browns and meet with Rich and Charlie on their car needs. I'm am now sold on being a lifelong customer.
