Anxiety free car shopping Car shopping – the horror. Initially I went to a different dealer – I was set upon by salespeople (2 outside and 1 inside). I felt like roadkill bein Car shopping – the horror. Initially I went to a different dealer – I was set upon by salespeople (2 outside and 1 inside). I felt like roadkill being circled by vultures. I turned to my wife and said let’s get out of here. I went home and did some research on the web and I saw that Brown’s had good reviews. A few days later I stopped at Brown’s while I was out on 112 – I hadn’t planned to go there that day but as I was passing by I decided to check it out. Much more relaxed atmosphere – a week later I was in my new Jeep. Mel Blanco helped me pick something within my budget and with the specs I originally wanted. It turns out he had to factory order it. I didn’t want to wait that long and he managed to locate something similar and helped me get sorted out. When I opted for some additional alarm system, Mel walked me down to the service department, spoke with the manager, he even had the tech guy call him directly to make sure that I didn’t have to wait to get the work done. I got scheduled for the very next day and the work was done on time just as promised. You can’t ask for more than that. So yes, I’d recommend this place to a friend for sure. I would also buy another car here. More
