After asking for a brochure for this vehicle, the receptionist not only gave it to me, she introduced me to a salesman who answered every single question I had. This salesman, James, then offered to have me take a test drive so I could assess the strength, power and drive of the Renegade (very important to me). I did go to other dealerships then, to compare their offerings and customer demeanor. I did extensive research on what I wanted in this vehicle. I returned to Browns to purchase/lease. That is when I met Rich Dorfman and Harry Stecker. Harry was my salesman, who went above and beyond to make sure that I would receive the exact Renegade I wanted. He was patient, thorough, and professional in every way. It was very enjoyable working with him on my first Jeep. More

Harry Stecker is an asset to the dealership. Harry is a total gentlemen, like an uncle or grandpa we would all like to have. That said, he is also efficient, professional, and no nonsense. Long story short, I was interested in a factory Wrangler Sahara order and visited 6 other dealers before coming to Brown's. One dealer insisted that their $300 "dealer fee" was non negotiable and a "standard fee," even as the disclaimer next to the fee stated that the fee WAS negotiable and was also potential additional profit (I walked out). Another dealer wanted $5000 non refundable deposit on a factory order before they would place the order (I RAN out). Came to Brown's and they gave me the most for my trade (within what KBB.com quoted me for it) and also came in slightly under TrueCar price. I like how they do business and deal with customers. Also, Rich in financing had me in and out in ten minutes...no harassing me for extras I know I don't want. More
Selling vehicle as new when is Been used by owner's WIFE!!! Called dealer twice to go see a vehicle, they said it was there. Told them I was driving 1hr and a half to go see this specific vehicle advertised a Called dealer twice to go see a vehicle, they said it was there. Told them I was driving 1hr and a half to go see this specific vehicle advertised as a new vehicle 0 miles. When I got there the vehicle wasn't there, they said it was a demo vehicle that the owner's wife was driving w/o a title, they tried to give me a special deal on the vehicle without me looking at it. They said it had over 4,000 miles on it but they had this vehicle listed as new on their website and on Edmunds.com it was just a bad experience and waste of my time for me and my family. Beware the are not honest dealers. More

I was approved within a day for the lease and the down payment was where I needed to be. I walked out there not feeling like I was taken over the coals like I've been in the past from other dealerships. GO TO BROWNS - ASK FOR TJ IN NEW CARS...... THIS GUY JUST GETS IT !!!!!!! More
Broken air filter casing Brown's mechanics are the only people who have serviced my car, so needless to say I was not happy when I found the air filter casing had a clip broke Brown's mechanics are the only people who have serviced my car, so needless to say I was not happy when I found the air filter casing had a clip broken off and someone had attempted and failed to glue it back together. 2 months and 5 trips to the service department later, I finally had a replacement installed, however not without much grief. This was solely due to carelessness. Needless to say I will not be returning. More

MICHAEL FULFREE from Browns Jeep Chrysler Dodge was the most down to earth, trust worthy salesman we've ever dealt with. Most dealerships and car salesman have the worst reputation as scummy and basically just "trying to screw you". You always have your guard up because you think they will pull a fast one on you but not at Browns and Not by Michael. He goes above and beyond for you and is not pushy at all. Basically everything you want a salesman to be.. he is. It was the quickest and easiest experience ever. Owning a business made it extremely hard for us to get down to the dealership so unfortunately we were only able to go at "off" times. When we first got to Browns it was a Sunday before they were closing and basically just wanted to see prices and inventory. All salesmen were busy and we were greeted by Michael who said to us I'm so sorry I'm busy right now and I want to help you so here's my card tell me exactly what you want text or call me and I will make it happen.. and he did JUST THAT! He made it so easy and convenient and gave us exactly what we wanted for exactly what we asked for!!! If you are in the market for a Jeep make sure you go to Browns and deal with MICHAEL FULFREE! Everyone at Browns was more than amazing and will recommend it to everyone !!!! More

Could not be happier!! After taking a "Wrong Turn" and using Atlantic Chysler Jeep, I went back to Browns and I finally got what I wanted. Brought in my 2012 Ram 1500, and After taking a "Wrong Turn" and using Atlantic Chysler Jeep, I went back to Browns and I finally got what I wanted. Brought in my 2012 Ram 1500, and walked out with a 2015 Ram Big Horn with Navigation and a power window. The experience was great, I would recommend it to anyone. The salesman were friendly and helpful but not too pushy. The best dealership I have ever gone to. Will Reily and Jermal Blanco are the best. More
