When I come to Browns I see smiling fa I can't believe the difference in customer service between the dealerships on Rt112. I own a Chevy and a Dodge. When I come to Browns I see smiling faces and professionalism. I own a business and I can't afford to be without a vehicle. When I walk in the door at Browns I don't get the "we can't help look" or "now what look?" before I even ask. September 10th I brought my Dodge Ram into the dealership where Alexa greeted me with a smile and a can do attitude. I never had a doubt that she and the rest of the night crew would get me back on the road. This is a tough business. People don't come into service dept., for the most part, happy. Usually it is to get something broke fixed. My truck has over 100,000 miles on it. I have never had a bad experience with the service people at Brown's. When it is time to buy a new car or truck it will be from Brown's and it will be because of Alexa and Dominic. They have always do their best to keep my wife and I coming back to Brown's More
