Ii is kind of funny that when a person who wants to try a service center get rejected, lets see..They may use the service and say wow that was great I will definitely buy my next vehicle from them and become a customer for life. But turn them away and lose the potential future sales is just stupid. More

He is a true professional, fully prepared to handle any question you may throw at him regarding a new vehicle. Beyond that he listens to what you are looking for and is intends to put you in the right vehicle for your needs. This is not my first new vehicle but I can say that Will is by far the best salesman I have dealt with in my life. He goes above and beyond, is a straightshooter, and works with you to make it all work out in the end. We bought the new truck from Will and he followed up with a phone call in two days to make sure everything was Ok and that we were happy with the new truck. A true professional and one whom I would have no problem refferring friends, family, anyone to go see if they are looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

I was aiming to get a Jeep because I like bigger cars and I was searching for used car dealers because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of buying an extremely used car on Craig's List. I went to Brown's with my parents and Rich Liquori was in the parking lot and he came to help us. He was really nice and extremely helpful. We told him we wanted to come back the next day to drive the Jeep I liked and he referred us to Charlie Kennedy because Rich was going to be out. Charlie helped us out and we drove the Jeep. There was a problem with the coil pack that we could all feel. True to his word, Charlie had the Jeep sent in for service, inspected and fixed. The car is beautiful, I drove it home last night and I'm completely in love. Everyone there was so helpful and I can't thank Charlie and Rich enough. Definitely go get a car from them. More

Rich Liquori promised to search high and low until he found one. In under a week I drove away in a Jeep. Rich went above and beyond to put my family and I at ease assuring us time and again that between the two of us we will find something that works. At no point did he try to unload something else on me or push me in a direction I didn't want to go. He knew exactly what I wanted, did his best to find it, and put me in it in seven days. The buying process itself took no time at all to complete with zero pressure from the sales manager. He simply explained my loan and warranty options and left the decisions up to me. No winded sales pitches, no hidden agendas, no awkward desperation. That's what Brown's was for me. With such an apparently successful business there's no need to be shady. Everything is on the table from that first handshake, which is a rare thing to be sure. Thanks again to Rich and the entire sales team at Brown's for being instrumental in turning a nightmare into a dream. More

We immediately called Mel, all because of one reason,....Mel stands back, and listens to the consumer. He is very knowledgeable about every car, but does not steer you in any one direction. This helps the consumer to narrow it down, as to what car and what options best fit his needs. Finally, Mel works hard to get the best price for the car. Mel spent time listening to our needs to ensure he found the exact car and options I was looking for. He did not put any pressure on us at all but worked hard to get us the best possible price for our purchase and our trade once we made our decision (which was an easy choice because he found exactly what I wanted). Thanks again for another smooth purchase! Browns does not hide any fees or try to change their price when you get to the financing department like you might find in other places. We highly recommend Mel (Jermal Blanco) who made the whole process a pleasure. Also a pleasure to work with Billy in finance. You are in great hands at Browns. More
June 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Purchase Review I visited the Brown's of Bellport dealership on a Friday evening, after work. I wanted to see if I could possibly work a trade and leave with a new 20 I visited the Brown's of Bellport dealership on a Friday evening, after work. I wanted to see if I could possibly work a trade and leave with a new 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I had done my homework and thought it might be possible. Jermal Blanco had contacted me a few days prior, responding to an e-mail enquiry. I found Jermal to be honest and sincere. He was pleasant to work with. It turned out that he did everything he could to get me into the vehicle I wanted. We had a real nice test ride. I got a good price and my trade-in quote was also fair. Friday evening's shopping experience led to delivery of my new vehicle at noon , Monday. There were no unpleasant surprises. I am grateful for that. So far, I am sweet on the dealership. The financing department and the sales manager also seem like good folks. They made everything EZ! I m hoping that this sweet relationship continues well unto the future should I have warranty or other issues. I have high hopes! So far, RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!! See Jermal (Mel)! More

As I was heading into the showroom a salesperson( Richard Atherton ) opened the door for me and my family. He welcomed us, and offered his assistance. We told him we just wanted to walk the showroom for a bit, and he said if we had any questions to let him know. He did not hound us, but out of the corner of my eye I saw him waiting, and I already had a question. He came over, and was very pleasant still. My daughter was whining and he offered her a balloon. WOW! I thought to myself, considering some of the other dealerships I have been in (Smithaven, Security, and Atlantic Jeep), thinking I should have brought my boxing gloves in. Those dealers were just awful! Don't even bother, its not worth your time or aggravation. After he came back with the balloon, we went out into the back lot and saw a tremendous inventory. Since I had been to a few other stores I knew what wanted, and Richard found a Jeep that matched what I wanted. He offered me a test drive, I declined at first since I had already drove it. He insisted that since I was spending alot of money that I should drive the car I was going to buy. Made sense to me, so we went for a spin. After the drive we went inside, daughter balloon in hand, still smiling. We went over the details of pricing and I explained I had got a lower price elsewhere. Richard explained that the Jeep we looked at had side airbags and a better sound system, also was very proud to say that Browns never charges any hidden fees EVER! All things considered I did not mind paying the few hundred extra $$$ for the options and knowing the number he was quoting was the real number! In my mind I already new I was buying this Jeep at Browns because of Richard. After about a half hour we closed the deal and I picked up the car the next day. He wanted to know if I wanted to pick the car up today, but I couldn't as I had had to take my son to practice. When I picked my car up the following day it was all clean and ready to go. He went over all the features and shopped me how to take the hardtop off. A GREAT experience to say the least, especially considering all the other sleezy dealers I had to wade through to find Browns. Thanks again Richard!! More
