After leasing my first Jeep in Connecticut and recently moving to NY I was bit nervous and unsure what it would be like trading in my lease and getting something new. From the moment I stepped in to the dealership to the night I drove away with the new Jeep it was a completely wonderful experience. Will was a gentleman to me and my family and I couldn't of asked for anyone better. He explained everything to me through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable with everything. They were able to help me out with a lot of additional costs I was going to incur on the old Jeep, and also helped me with moving everything to NY. After being treated the way I did the first day I didn't even go look at any other vehicles, which I planned on doing, I felt very secure here and they gave me a great price and went above and beyond for me and my new Jeep. Mel was fantastic. He was already at work delivering another custom's new vehicle when he picked up my call sometime around 1pm. I was shopping around to purchase a new Ram 1500 Big Horn. When Mel answe another custom's new vehicle when he picked up my call sometime around 1pm. I was shopping around to purchase a new Ram 1500 Big Horn. When Mel answered the phone, he took his time to gather the details of what I was looking for. Mel said that he would call me back. Not only did Mel call back, but we spoke a few times through-out the day solidifying details on one truck that fit the bill that he had on the lot. I called back around 4pm and said, "I'm on my way to buy the truck". My wife and I arrived around 5:30pm (even knowing that the dealership was closing at 6 pm). Mel was there waiting and had the truck already prepared with a new inspection sticker and ready for me to take for a test drive. After lots of paper-work and Mel calling Allstate to get the new truck added to my policy, we were finished (around 7 - 7:30pm). I love the truck and more importantly, the FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE that Mel provided. I learned something that day about how to deliver TRUE customer service. Although I knew other dealers had the inventory in stock, it was more important to me to work with a dealer who had a good reputation. We're glad we did. I met with Vincent Manchise to discuss the vehicle, and go for a test drive. After evaluation of my trade, Vincent found two rebates through Chrysler I was entitled to. I went home to think things over, and never was I at all pressured into purchasing the vehicle. We decided to go ahead and purchase the Jeep Grand Cherokee, Overland, Everything from the test drive, finance, and final paperwork was so simple. My salesman, Vincent had thorough knowledge of the vehicle, and the difference of trim levels, and just made it the most pleasurable car purchsing experience.
