Hi so I have to say I have been buying vehicles from Browns for years! Today I had an issue with my new Jeep less than 2 months old. I walked in and the general manager Gary Burke who I know well helped me right out had a tech named Steve take my car and fixed the issue in less than 1/2 hour! I was very impressed and the tech Steve took the time to tell me what happened and show me some things in the car. The service man named Kevin Birmingham was very friendly and helpful! Browns thank u for the wonderful experience and this is why I only buy my vehicles from u! Thank u guys! More
On 11/10/21, my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee had its second oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor, Nick Sinacore, was professional, courteous and kept me updated on the service. I brought my jeep grand Cherokee in for an oil change and to have a recall item taken care of. A service person meet me by my car before I could get out. DISHONORABLE BUSINESS!! Was recently here to trade in my used car for a 2021 Grand Cherokee. Found the truck we wanted and confirmed that we wanted to move forward. We left a deposit and we were then called used car for a 2021 Grand Cherokee. Found the truck we wanted and confirmed that we wanted to move forward. We left a deposit and we were then called the next day and told that it had been sold. Apparently another sales person ignored the fact that it was marked for sale with a deposit and sold it out from under us. Will never do business here and will inform family and friends to stay away. My lease is up in a few months on my Chevy Equinox so I've been looking into another SUV but a little bigger with a 3rd row. We stopped at Browns to check out the Durango. Walked into the showroom, salesman Harry asked to help us we told him I have a few months and we're just looking. He said no problem go down about 5 rows there are a few, if you want the keys to check it out get the number on the windshield and I'll get you the keys. Several were unlocked, we checked them out. Wanted to take one for a test drive(as I've had no problem doing at any other dealer over the last 2 months). We walked back in the showroom. Harry asked what we thought of the Durango? My husband said she likes it can we take one for a test drive? He said " you think your gonna remember in a few months?" I really wanted to think he was kidding. I told him I'd like to make a decision before my lease is up. And he told me we have a long time to go. I bit my tongue, said thank you and started walking out. He started to tell me if I wanted to wait... I said I'm good really, thanks. Won't ever go there again! I've never had an issue at a dealership. Incredibly rude! I'll test drive at another dealer and give them the sale. Every other dealership has just handed me the keys. One time they took a picture of my license. Every other time, keys and go. Just wow!! We have never been so insulted. More
I had my Jeep there for a few issues and also for the recalls. The bill came out to a little over $2400 which I paid. My husband looked at the bill, he went back to the dealer & asked the parts dept and recalls. The bill came out to a little over $2400 which I paid. My husband looked at the bill, he went back to the dealer & asked the parts dept and asked for a print out of the prices for the parts that were used to fix the issues. EVERY single part was overcharged on our bill that we paid. He took our bill and the paper with the parts pricing to the manager and showed him the issue. No apology, no explanation. He credited the credit card we used for the difference and that was it. I can imagine how many people they do this too. If my husband didn’t do what he did we wouldn’t have known they were over charging us. $322 was the total amount they overcharged us. Who’s pocketing that money? Very shady business practices. They will never fix my car again, and I will never buy a car from them again. Very disgraceful. More
