After making the appointment to review the options on a lease return, I was greeted by Jermal Blanco (new Sales) who quickly reviewed those options with me. Since I decided to return the 2011 Town & Country leased vehicle and lease a new 2014 T&C, I came to the dealership with an internet configuration of what I wanted and based on his knowledge of what was available and most sensible for me, Jermal helped me find the 2014 vehicle that fit those requirements perfectly. He also determined that Browns could purchase the lease buyout on the 2011 T&C based on the quality of its condition, and the ability to get me into a new Van before any of the new vehicle incentives could expire. By February 3. 2014 I had a new T&C lease with a reduced lease payment, zero $ down, and Browns also covered my last old lease payment and bank fee. In addition the new Van even has a few extra options to boot. More

With in 10 minutes of visiting Browns website and requesting an e-price my phone rang with a salesman offering me to come in and test drive a 2014 Ram. A few days went by and I received a follow up call from a very polite and courteous young lady named Kristin who set me up with an appointment that was convenient for me with salesman Robert Rilcer. When I arrived at Browns the truck I wanted to look at was already waiting for me and Kristin and Rob met me within 5 minutes of my arrival. Rob Rilcer was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and was very attentive to me needs and wants in the vehicle. Rob was constantly in contact with everyday throughout the entire process. Rob and the entire Browns dealership were terrific to me and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
