When I arrived at Browns the truck I wanted to look at was already waiting for me and Kristin and Rob met me within 5 minutes of my arrival. Rob Rilcer was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and was very attentive to me needs and wants in the vehicle. Rob was constantly in contact with everyday throughout the entire process.
