We live in the area and as we were driving home one late evening my husband spotted a truck on the lot so we stopped for a minute to look. My husband wasn't sold on getting another Dodge at this point and he had been to a few other dealerships keeping his options open...BIG MISTAKE. Our experience with one of the competitors was a complete nightmare beginning with the salesman and ending with us walking out on the finance guy. We are actually thankful for the experience because it lead us to Harry. From the moment my husband went back to speak with him, he made the journey extremely pleasant. He kept in touch with my husband while he searched for the perfect vehicle. Harry was an honest businessman and gave us a price range where there were no surprises. When we had to sign finance paperwork we were even pleasantly surprised as to how painless it was. He was helpful and even threw in an option that helped us in the event the vehicle was stolen and not recovered. I am very apprehensive when walking into dealerships because I come from a sales background in a major corporation, however, from the moment we walked in we were greeted like family.
