I had been planning to trade my 2006 Jeep in when I bought my Infiniti off lease. Just for comparison I asked Rich Dorfman what Brown's would offer and he offered over a thousand dollars more than the Infiniti dealer! I've bought cars from the luxury brands but never had a better buying experience than I've had at Brown's. If you're looking for any of the brands they sell I would highly recommend Brown's. When i walked into this dealership to talk to someone about a jeep i liked outside, i expected it to be like every other dealership where they try to screw you; this was NOT the case at all. I asked for some information about the jeep, and we went back outside and i was given the keys to test drive the vehicle. It was such a relaxed feeling: the salesman did not try to tell me how amazing the vehicle was or convince me to buy it, he let me be the judge. I decided I liked the vehicle and put a deposit down on it. The salesman, John Keegan, by far gave me a 5 star experience at this place. He told me the price, the tax, the dmv fees and such, listed everything out for me, and told me everything i needed to know. No extra fees, no trying to sell me things, just a great experience. When i went in a couple days later to purchase the vehicle, everything went smoothly. They even ordered a new running board claiming one might have been unsafe, no extra fees and without me saying anything. Everything went so smoothly it was great. So it turned out that back brake calipers were bad after driving it for a day (it was a used jeep with over 50k miles so its expected that it wont be perfect). I brought it back a couple days later to the service department and they were very kind as well. No problems whatsoever, they replaced the calipers at no charge, they even looked at my jeep the same day i brought it in for me. Surely i expected them to find something to charge me with but nope, just fixed what i needed and i'm on my way! I highly recommend this dealer to everyone. The other salesmen were very nice as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! More

This is the second Jeep we bought from Browns. When we were looking for our first Jeep we went to a different Jeep dealer and ended up walking out of there very unhappy. We went to Browns and met Will and left that evening very happy, he said he would have my son in the Jeep that he wanted and back up to school that night and he did. I told Will when my husband and I were ready for a new car we would come and see him, we did, and once again we had the most stress-free experience buying our new Jeep. Will is a great salesman and he is honest, there are not many salesman that you can say that about. We love our new Jeep!!!!! More

Over the past 40 years we have purchased several cars from this dealership. They are always extremely courtious. This time our salesman was Robert Riker. Robert is a knowledgeable young man. I researched this vehicle on line and then spoke with their internet dept. Danny was very helpful and gave me a price. I went to Nissan and Toyota I was also given a price but when I got there the number their internet dept. Danny was very helpful and gave me a price. He listened to what I wanted showed me a few options and then came back with the same price Kevin quoted me. I never felt pressured I never felt deceived. Kevin made the whole buying experience very easy and I drove off with my new car the next day. A very simple process. I was referred to Browns by a co-worker who also had a great experience there and loves the service department. A win win situation! More
