The experience at Browns was the best experience at a dealership I've had. This is the third dodge I have leased or purchased (this one) and as for the cars they have all been good to me (knock on wood, dealership I've had. I did give my previous Dodge dealership a shot to get me to come back there to order my car but because of the past history (even though it was 100% proven to me the management and alot of other issues that I had in the past had changed) and the service, I chose to go with Browns (which I should have done when I initially went). Will Reilly is a very personal and great guy (was not like all the other sales man that I ran into) and it felt like as if was talking to a person rather then a guy trying making to sale. I would 1000% percent recommend Browns to anyone who is interested in a Dodge and would also tell them to look for Will since he made my experience the best it could be and stayed on top of things throughout the whole process.
