I saw the 500L for the first time at Kings Fiat in Cincinnati, OH...did some research and decided on a white, Trekking, Manual with Power Sunroof. Kings couldn't locate one and didn't seem really interested in looking. I called Browns Fiat just by chance as I thought a dealer on the east coast might have more selection. Jim Rogers at Browns took up the challenge and found one. It was still in Serbia but he made sure I saw the window sticker with the options I wanted. I placed a deposit on it and flew in to Long Island to pick it up when it arrived. It was a wonderful experience and I got the chance to visit my sister in Patterson, NJ that weekend. I can't say enough about how Jim took care of everything from day one. He's a keeper. . . and I'm now enjoying my 500L daily thanks to Jim Rogers. More

I had a great experience leasing a new car from this dealership! I wanted to trade in my old car and lease one of the new Fiats, so I came in for a test drive. Jim was fantastic. I just want to go on record and say how much my husband and I love our new Fiat! It's such a stylish car and so much fun to drive. On my first day driving it to work on Friday, I got alot of curiosity and and I love our new Fiat! It's such a stylish car and so much fun to drive. On my first day driving it to work on Friday, I got alot of curiosity and compliments from my co-workers. Everyone is stunned how roomy it is inside, in contrast to it's compact size on the outside. Every night we look out our window and giggle and smile to see it sitting outside our house in between our other 2 Jeep trucks. But I have to admit, even though I have always been a die-hard truck person, the Fiat has definitely made me a big fan. Roberta at Browns Fiat made the whole process so easy and pleasant. We had made an appointment to come in on Wednesday night for a test drive and the rest is history. There was no hard sell and no pressure. There didn't need to be, the lease deal was hard to resist and I did not try to hide my enthusium. Plus they gave us a very fair trade in value for our used car. We scheduled the pick-up for the following evening and everything went quickly and smoothly. Rich made the final leasing paperwork very easy and there were no hidden surprises or pressure for add-ons. We absolutely feel like we made the right decision leasing a Fiat from Browns and still can't believe what an awesome deal we got on a brand new car! More
