I had an accident with my car I had to work so my girlfriend had brought it to the collision center in Amsterdam well there was a little fat guy there named John with a mustache (said he was the owne girlfriend had brought it to the collision center in Amsterdam well there was a little fat guy there named John with a mustache (said he was the owner ) btw which he wasn’t (later on we found out his name is fingar ) he would not stop creeping out my girlfriend he kept asking for her number saying he could buy her anything she wanted well she left and we will NOT be bringing our car there ever and I would advise anyone else to stay as far away from there as possible.. especially since they have a raper there named John fingar the owner should really find out who they have there bothering women More

Have dealing with Amsterdam Browns Ford for years. Always have Feld very price with the service department for my 2022 Ford Lightning. But this last visit was not as presumable. Had an appointment for 0800 for NYS inspection and 50k look over the truck. Which normally includes all the up-dates to be installed. The gentleman gave a hard time because I wanted to wait for the truck, which never has been a problem before. So I agree to have my wife pick me up and wait for the call to come pick up the truck. My wife was delay on picking me about a hour. When she call me and told me she was leaving the house I decided to go outside and wait for her. when I noticed my truck park outside, went back in asked if my truck was all done and was told yes but they needed to have the paper wrk done. So I called my wife and had her turn around. It took another 15 minutes for the gentleman to informed me he was ready. Only gave me the receipt for the NYS Inspection but the rest of the paper work for the 50k inspection was not ready. He told me they would mail it to me. I have hd the 10, 20, 30, 40k inspection done here with no issue in the past 4 years. I guess they were having a bad day. Or he was not happy that my charge was only $10 for the inspection. More
