Martin and Aaron also extremely thoughtful of my wife's medical condition and took appropriate precautions in releasing vehicle back to me. I was contacted by salesman Luis Carlos Lucio. Lucio knee I was looking to trade in a Nissan Armada. I told him to reach out to me when he could get me a good deal. He made the process truly easy and showed the greatest amount of care and concern for me the buyer. Mr. Gómez the finance manager did a great job of explaining extended warranties and gap insurance and everything they could offer. In the end he sold me on Gap insurance and protection for my rims and tires. Gómez did not try and push me to buy more than I wanted. And made the experience comfortable for me. All in all Toyota of Browns ills did excellent and they have earned a customer for life. Thank you Lucio for not forgetting my needs and making it happen for me.
