We are winter Texans from Illinois. Two days ago we got a chip in our windshield and hoped to get it repaired quickly before it got worse. We stopped by the Toyota dealer in Brownsville and found the service chip in our windshield and hoped to get it repaired quickly before it got worse. We stopped by the Toyota dealer in Brownsville and found the service department said they would need to first get authorization since we bought our Highlander in Illinois. To our surprise the young lady had the authorization quickly. We assumed we would need to then make a appointment to have the chip repaired. Once more SURPRISE. Arleth said it would be about 30 minutes and the repair would be completed. And it was. Thank you very much. More
