I had a complete brake job. I had to return to the shop because of a brake noise. They said it was brake dust causing the noise. The brake noise is better but I still hear it. This is for the dealership as a whole. When I purchased my preowned vehicle in January, I was told 3 complementary oil changes were included. It also said it on the website. When I called to schedule my first appointment in July, I told them I was calling to schedule the first complimentary oil change and they said ok. When I went to pick up my vehicle after it was serviced, the rep said I owed them $80 and the dealership was no longer doing the complimentary oil changes. That is something that should have been conveyed to me when I called to make the appointment the week prior. I was made to feel like the pre owned manager was doing me a favor by honoring the complementary oil change and that he would only give me one. Shady business. The actual oil change service was great. I appreciated the video. I do not appreciate being made to feel like I should have known that the complementary oil changes had stopped and even though it was told to me it didn’t matter. Not ok to make the customer feel that way. More
We bought a car there less than a year ago and was promised three oil changes. When we came for our first oil change the service department check-in lady said they don’t do that anymore. I love this place but the last few times I have really missed Andy Griffith playing in the waiting room!!! The first time I came there that was the best thing! I have been burdened with being the sole caretaker of my dying parents, the executor of their estate, Helene damage to my home in Black Mountain and to my parents' home in Flat Rock with ongoing expensive repairs of both houses, new medical issues, and the list goes on. However, when I look out mom's kitchen window, I see my little red Tacoma in the carport and I am thankful that I have reliable transportation that I wouldn't be afraid to drive to Canada, turn around and drive to the southern most part of South America in my newly serviced pickup. Thank you, thank you, thank you! More
