Sat down and looked over options before coming to a decision. A very easy decision to make a purchase here. More
Damien was not high pressure at all when he showed us the car. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I called him the next morning with an offer that they accepted and everything went smoothly. I purchased a service package for the first 4 oil changes and tire rotation on my 2022 Outback. When I used the 3rd service the woman told me that I had 1 more service call left and that the period to use it and tire rotation on my 2022 Outback. When I used the 3rd service the woman told me that I had 1 more service call left and that the period to use it would be expired but Bryan Subaru would honor it. Well when I got to the milage on my sticker on windshield I drove to Metairie to get my Outback serviced the guy who checked me in said that the services had expired and that he would do a coupon to get it for $99.00 plus tax. First thing is that I live in Baton Rouge bought the car which is my second Outback purchased from Bryan Subaru. We did not like the people at Baton Rouge Subaru not friendly and wanted me to purchase a Outback that was not the color we wanted and it had a lot of features we didn't want. So we drove to Metairie and got a 2020 that had everything we wanted and the right color. Two years later we did the trade up program and got the 2022. I retired at the end of 2022 and my wife has Parkinsons and I'm her caregiver. So since retiring and her not driving anymore we don't have that many miles on the vehicle. So I didn't know that there was any time limit or mileage restriction on the services we purchased. We have had a few problems beginning with paying for window etching and you can't see all the numbers. I got refunded for the etching and then the second time bringing the 2022 for service oil change and tire rotation was not so good. I had marked the tires to make sure that they rotated them. Well when I got home the tires were not rotated and don't even know if oil was changed. This was very upsetting to us. The third visit went ok and the service writer said that the fourth one would be covered even though expired by the time to bring it in again. So I guess this novel about driving to Metairie and have all of this happen will probably be my last time to make that trip. My son said that he would help me for when it needs a oil change and tire rotation. Thomas Adams More
