Service is generally very good, but this time they treated me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. Something was wrong with my transmission and was not changing gears properly and unable to treated me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. Something was wrong with my transmission and was not changing gears properly and unable to accelerate normally and was jerking while driving. They said nothing was wrong and told me the engine was adapting to my driving style which is ridiculous. The air conditioning wasn't working either and they said it was because the weather was hot. . . When taking in to service the compressor needed replacement, and when this was fixed the transmission problem disappeared and was driving normally. They treated me like a woman who didn't know anything about cars and who had a faulty ability to judge that something was wrong, and who would buy the line that the car was adapting to my driving style. . Top notch service and amenities. The Uber service to and from the facility while they worked on my car was a surprising benefit. All that being said the actual parts were marked up about 30% or more. I felt like with the Uber service it was about a wash as far as the pricing goes. I know it is common for dealerships to gouge you on part pricing so I’m not like surprised, just thought I’d call it out. More
