I brought in my car for routine service. I received a call saying that they had gone to rotate my tires and one of the nuts or bolts had snapped due to it being put on improperly. They said that I was responsible for paying for it. I told them that the only people who touched that tire were folks at the dealership. Still, they said it was on me to pay for it even though I had never messed with it. Along with that, I mentioned that my windshield wiper fluid was low and that the light had been going off. I told them about it before, reminded them to check on it during the servicing, and checked with them as we were wrapping up to make sure that they had refilled it. They said that they had. Less than 24 hours later, my windshield fluid light was back on. I was very disappointed with my service. More

Jeff was an awesome service rep. He made getting a loaner car super easy for me, and helped me move and install my car seat. I also LOVE the service area with the snacks and the works. First, I bought a protection pan that included road hazards which specifically lists getting a nail in a tire. I have the brochure. I sent pics of the brochure to the Subaru staff person online. I expected Subaru to honor the road hazard protection. The lady sent me a brief email stating it was not covered. I wrote back asking how could the explicit language of the brochure states a nail in a tire IS COVERED not be covered? No response. O.K., the second concern is that I had to buy not one tire but four tires to replace the one damaged tire. The tires on the 2016 Forrester have a 50,000 mile warranty. There was no pro-rata discount on the four tires which the delearship kept, but I was charged $1001. More
