I dropped my car off on Monday before Mardi Gras. I agreed to pick it up on Wednesday morning. When I get there to pick up my car it was not washed. The Service Advisor told me it wasn't washed becau agreed to pick it up on Wednesday morning. When I get there to pick up my car it was not washed. The Service Advisor told me it wasn't washed because the repairman worked late on Monday to fix it. However, I did see someone washing cars Wednesday morning when I picked up mine. I was there only two weeks before and it was not washed then either. This lack of attention to detail and customer service has left a bad impression on me. I can get a oil change anywhere. I may just start doing that. Please note that I didn't work with any of the employees I indicated below in Sales or Finance. The form did not list service employees even though I selected Service. Please fix this form. More

Tires weren’t Rotated and there’s no air added to my tires. I even asked fluids weren’t added just changed my oil. Everything went smoothly. From the after hours drop off to the pick up. I am kinda lackadaisical and put off till tomorrow what I really should be doing immediately, so I really appreciate the emails and n to the pick up.
