Just average BC it's normally so great.... but not this time This service appointment left me kinda bummed. Upon arrival I was clear that I needed to be done by a certain time. That didn't happen. I had also arranged for a hitch to be installed and had planned for a long visit with plenty of time, but still ran over. I was told they were just finishing up and having a manager get my paperwork together (I had a mysubaru.com discount to apply) and that took an oddly long time. It could have also been taken care of in the 3 1/2 hours I was waiting. Also they had added a misc $30 to my invoice. With no initial agreement to do so or reasonable explanation. They removed it when asked and said it shouldn't be there... no kidding. I also was sold paintless dent removal when I puchased the car and asked about a couple of very small spots to be addressed. Basically they had no idea how to handle this. The service desk didn't know. The manager then came to speak to me in the waiting area and had to go look it up. Apparently it is not something they actually provide and have to send out for that and only on tuesdays. So I guess next time I will just be sure my appointment is on a tuesday. The salesman who sold me my car was there and was friendly and remembered me. That was great. More

Dissatisfied Had my car for routine service. Complained about a whistling noise and played an audio. Was told noise was made because seals needed to be cleaned. Had my car for routine service. Called Jeff from my car when Forester made “that” noise for 20 miles straight Brought Forester back and got a loaner. Forester in shop for 3 weeks. Was told all Foresters make “that” noise. I was insulted by that comment. Talked to service manager. No resolution. Sold Forester and bought A VW with 6 year 72K mike warranty. More

I arrived early for my scheduled appointment, and my vehicle was immediately brought back for service. Instead of ubering to work in the CBD, I decided to wait for my vehicle. It was serviced quickly, and I spent less than an hour at the service center. Also, my service person was extremely helpful about other issues I raised. A perfect service experience! More
Your service dept Purchased 2015 Subaru Forester from your dealership. Had problem with A/C and went to your dealership to repair. Was told that it would cost approx. Purchased 2015 Subaru Forester from your dealership. Had problem with A/C and went to your dealership to repair. Was told that it would cost approx. $1500 to repair. Parts would be about $400 and labor would be $1100. Asked how much is your labor rate and was told it was $135/hour. I am not going to pay for labor at that rate. More
