Poor communication and and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I have dealt with many dealerships for my automobiles over the last 40 years. I loved Stivers Subaru in Atlanta where I bought this car. I hate their lack of communication in the service department, and I hate the automated phone message telling me how much they appreciate my business. (If they really appreciated my business they would actually pick up the phone and have a real person call me, P L E A S E!) They have no idea about how to provide customer service - PERIOD. I actually called them and ask for the roadside assistance number and they had to transfer me twice, finally to the sales team who told me to get the number off the window of the car. Frankly, I knew the number was on the window but I wasn't with the car. These examples really make me want to buy some other type of car next time around. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD in any industry. More

Easiest car buying experience I’ve had Bryan Subaru is one of those laid back, straight to the point dealerships. Orren is a fantastic salesperson.
